Fair Oaks Mall is celebrating its 29th annual Mall-O-Ween, one of the largest indoor Halloween events of its kind in the Washington D.C. area on Monday, October 31st from 5:30-7:30pm. As part of the festivities, kids can visit Spooktacular experiments in the Grand Court sponsored by Children's Science Center. Enjoy photo opportunities throughout the center with Stiltwalker Costumed Halloween characters – plus, candy and activity stations with face painters and balloon artists!
